Collection from store gives you the option to click & collect your products from our shop fitting warehouse here in Takeley, Essex.
There are no additional fees for this service and of course no delivery charges!
How & When to Collect
NB: Please bring proof of order and personal ID when you arrive, or you will be unable to collect your order – this is to protect all our customer’s security!
Ordering items to collect from store is simple. To do this, click Add to Basket on your chosen item(s) and then click through to the Checkout. Once there, simply select Collect in Store from the Shipping Panel, agree to the terms & conditions and pay for your items as normal.
If the product says ‘Request a Quote ‘ please complete the form and we will contact you shortly.
We offer a variety of collect from store options depending on the type of item ordered, stock availability and supply chain. Collection options are displayed on every product and include:
- Same Day Collection
- Next Day Collection
- 2-3 Day Collection
- 7-10 Day Collection
- 10-21 Day Collection
Same Day Collection
Same day collection means we have your selected item(s) in stock allowing you to use our same working day click & collect service.
Please allow up to 2 hours for your item(s) to be picked and made ready for collection. Orders must be received before 2:30pm on a working day to ensure you make the collection cut-off time of 4:30pm.
Next Day Collection
This means we don’t have the item available for collection today but we can order it for delivery to store the next working day. You can still add to your basket in the same way, selecting ‘Collect in Store’. We will contact you when your order is ready for collection.
2-3 Day Collection
Add to your basket and checkout in the same way, selecting ‘Collect in Store’, but collection from store will be in 2-3 working days. We will contact you when your order is ready for collection.
7-10 Day Collection
Add to your basket and checkout in the same way, selecting ‘Collect in Store’, but collection from store will be in 7-10 working days. We will contact you when your order is ready for collection.
10-21 Day Collection
Add to your basket and checkout in the same way, selecting ‘Collect in Store’, but collection from store will be in 10-21 working days. We will contact you when your order is ready for collection.
Not Available For Collection
Unfortunately, some products are not available for store collection, generally because they are a special order item or come direct from the manufacturer. These products will be delivered to you in the usual way.
Please Note: Collections and lead times are based on WORKING DAYS – Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
Opening Hours
Our shopfitting warehouse & showroom is open Monday ~ Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm excluding public holidays*. Please Note: Last collection time is 4:30pm each working day.
*NB: Christmas holiday hours will differ and will be posted closer to the season.
