Returns
Uni-Shop want you to be entirely happy with your order and will always aim to ensure you are completely satisfied. If there is something wrong with your order or goods received, please contact us as soon as possible and within 7 days of your orders being delivered.
Should you wish to return any items to us, you must contact us in writing to obtain a returns number. Any items returned must be in an unused, undamaged state and within original unbroken packaging. Returns will be liable to a 20% re-stocking charge, plus all delivery and collection costs.
Uni-Shop are unable to accept the return of non-stock items, goods on special order or that have been specially manufactured or adjusted to a required specification.
If you are unable to inspect your goods at the time of delivery, please ensure that you sign “unchecked”. In the unlikely event that your order is received damaged, then please contact us on the same day of receipt. We will then organise repair, replacement or refund. Due to carrier’s terms and conditions, we are unable to process any notifications outside this period.
Any refund will be made using the same method as your order and after returned goods are inspected by ourselves.
Please note that we do not supply goods on a trial basis, or on a sale and return basis.
Faulty Returns
Should an item fail or develop a fault, please contact us as soon as possible as many issues can be resolved quickly over the telephone.
If the item needs to be returned, you must return the faulty item directly yourself. When the goods have been received, inspected and found to be faulty, we will dispatch a replacement item to you as soon as possible. We cannot accept return of goods that have been dismantled or a self-repair has been attempted.
If the item is not found to be faulty, it will be returned to you at your cost. This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.
Opening Hours
Our shopfitting warehouse & showroom is open Monday ~ Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm. Our warehouse cut-off time for collection is 4:30pm
NB: Christmas holiday hours will differ and will be listed here closer to the season.
